This year, I-Bazaar will showcase four dynamic business categories designed to foster an entrepreneurial vision, practical application, and a commitment to sustainability.

The categories are as follows:

1) Taste Treasures: is a dedicated category designed to provide attendees of the I-Bazaar with an exceptional culinary experience. This section features a diverse assortment of food and beverage offerings, showcasing flavors that cater to a wide range of palates.

2) Craft & Beyond: This category is dedicated to offering an impressive selection of merchandise that includes apparel, handcrafted souvenirs, stationery, cosmetics, and jewelry. Carefully curated to appeal to a wide range of tastes and preferences, it features stylish clothing options, uniquely designed keepsakes, high-quality stationery, and an assortment of beauty products.

3) Green Ventures: This category is centered on promoting sustainable and eco-friendly initiatives that contribute positively to the environment. It features a range of ventures that emphasize responsible practices, including products and services designed to minimize environmental impact and support ecological balance. This category aims to inspire attendees to make more sustainable choices. It underscores the importance of eco-responsibility and fosters awareness about preserving natural resources for future generations.

4) Innovative Solutions: Innovative Solutions showcases a cutting-edge selection of products and services that are reshaping industries and improving lives. From groundbreaking technological advancements to ingenious problem-solving tools, this category offers a glimpse into the future. Discover the latest innovations that are driving progress and making a positive impact on the world.

General SOPs

  • All attendees must present a valid CNIC for entrance.
  • Details of all participant must be filled in the entrance form along with CNIC for entrance on the day of the event. No last-minute entries will be entertained
  • Participants can only bring a maximum of two helpers.
  • ID cards will be provided to you on the day of the event
  • Rickshaws are strictly prohibited within the campus.
  • Gas cylinders are not allowed on campus.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales and transactions.
  • We will share an Inventory form with you prior to the event, you must add all the items you are bringing with you in it
  • Vendors must notify us in advance of any heavy load equipment or appliances that require specialized power or setup.
  • A power socket will be provided to vendors but they have to bring their own extension wire as required.
  • The table size of 2.5 ft by 4 ft will be provided along with 2 chairs.
  • You are allowed to bring to have maximum 3 people on every stall.
  • Clear communication channels will be established for attendees and vendors.
  • We will be promoting the event and the all vendors on all IBA CED social media platforms.
  • The event organizers will not be responsible for any personal belongings or property lost or damaged during the event.
  • By participating in the event, vendors and attendees agree to abide by these SOPs and assume all associated risks.
  • Entrepreneurs are recommended to bring standees and brochures to promote their business
  • Entrepreneurs must submit a high resolution logo of their Business.
  • Entrepreneurs are recommended to post their I-Bazaar experience on social media under the guidelines provided by IBA-CED.
  • Attending the orientation session is mandatory. Failure to attend will result in cancellation of registration and denial of entry to the I-Bazaar
  • IBA-CED is not responsible for any sales or purchase of items.
  • Social media guidelines will be provided in the orientation session and must be followed.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Participating businesses must have a minimum of 10 SKUs.
2) Every business must have at-least one social media page.
3) Every business must have a minimum of 10 posts on their social media pages.
4) Innovative and creative startups will be more partial to being selected to participate in this year’s I-Bazaar.

Selection Priorities:

1st Priority:

Innovative and creative startups founded by IBA students are more likely to be selected to participate in this year’s I-Bazaar first. Failure to pay the fees or backing out will result in their I-Bazaar application being nullified and passed onto businesses in the second priority.

2nd Priority:

Startups featuring similar ideas are less likely to be selected to participate in this year’s I-Bazaar and will be subjected to the second priority during the selection phase. Failure to pay the fees or backing out will result in their I-Bazaar application being nullified and passed onto other deserving businesses.
