Dr. Lalarukh Ejaz is an Assistant Professor of entrepreneurship at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. Her work is centered around Gender, Entrepreneurship and Economics. Currently, she is serving as the Director for the IBA Center for Entrepreneurial Development (IBA CED).
Dr Ejaz holds rich teaching experience from Canada, America and the UK and has engaged with learners enrolled in different degree programs across the globe. She is a certified trainer and teaching fellow from Babson College in the US. She has developed and conducted trainings in USA and at the Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED)-IBA Karachi, especially for women from different fields and in different career stages.
Dr. Ejaz is a Research Associate at the Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation, University of Southampton, UK.
Dr. Ejaz is also a certified SECP director.

Mohammad Kamran Mumtaz is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. His areas of expertise include operations, innovation and entrepreneurship. In his career spanning over the past twenty years, he has worked with various organizations in senior management and consulting positions. He has also been a Babson Fellow and has taught at Lahore University of Management Sciences as Adjunct Faculty.

Faisal Jalal is the Founder and Chairman of Sinofeng Pakistan Private Limited (Pak-China JV). His area of expertise is Supply Chain Management. Faisal's businesses developed over 12 years are collectively called 'FJ Holdings. He has over 26 years diversified experience of working in senior management positions in multinationals, JVs and large Pakistani organizations. He is SECP-Certified Board Director and serves as a Director on the Board of various companies and Business School in Pakistan.

Hassan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Trax, a leading tech enabled logistics company in Pakistan. Hassan has been accumulating hands-on experience as an entrepreneur and a businessman since he was part of Pakistan's first formal Entrepreneurship degree program at IBA.
Having completed his undergrad and postgrad both from IBA Karachi and attending Babson College for his Masters in Management and Entrepreneurship certificate program, Hassan has spent his life applying his knowledge to practical work – starting with the founding of Stallion Deliveries during his student years at IBA and culminating in his current tenure as the head of the massively successful logistics company - Trax.

Mahreen Nazar is Assistant Professor of Law, corporate trainer and consultant for businesses specializing in Human resource, Corporate Governance and intellectual property. In her first career, she was practicing as an Industrial Relations Advisor and general litigator in Pakistan. Mahreen has been a part of various trainings and certifications offered by Centre for Entrepreneurial Development at IBA for aspiring entrepreneurs focusing on the legal and regulatory requirements for startups.

Dr. Saima Husain is a faculty member in the department of Marketing at the SBS of IBA. Her area of specialization includes entrepreneurial marketing, consumer behaviour, marketing strategies and brand development. She teaches actively within the undergraduate, graduate and executive education programs. As a researcher, she works in local and international research teams. As a trainer, Dr. Saima is a formal part of NBEAC and IBA's CEE, CILET and CED.

Dr. Khan possesses over twenty years of industry and academic experience. His areas of expertise include technology entrepreneurship, and business modelling. He is not only an internationally acclaimed researcher and recipient of prestigious awards but also the Founder of five companies. Dr. Khan played a pivotal role as one of the founding members of the IBA Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED).
Rizwan presently serves as Chief People Officer at Engro's Corporation, where he leads the HR function across the Group with 8 subsidiaries to drive initiatives to strengthen Engro's values, financial position, strategy, competition, technology, and culture.
Prior to joining Engro, Rizwan was serving as the Managing Director and Head of HR for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Greater China and North Asia, at SCB. Always driven by new challenges, Rizwan was instrumental in developing and delivering projects on strategic workforce planning, leading multiple Transformation projects related to client-centricity & digitalization for Retail Bank, and being part of the Global HR transformation's design team.
Rizwan speaks regularly at various forums on topics close to his heart, such as future of work & evolution of HR function in the digital age. He is passionate about community development and is an avid cricketer.
Hamza Abdul Rauf is an IBA alumnus who co-founded Telemart at the age of 20 during his sophomore year. His vision behind Telemart is to transform, disrupt and digitize the landscape of retailing and e-commerce in Pakistan.
Hamza's fields of interests are Marketing, Retail & Brand building. He is the brains behind Telemart's aggressive and unconventional marketing and formation of successful strategic alliances with massive brands, banks and Telcos. Hamza Abdul Rauf won the award for "Young Digital Entrepreneur" at Pakistan's 1st Digital Awards "Pakistan Digi Awards 2017". He has also won an international award for CEO of the year (2018) by CEO World Awards (SVUS Awards) and he was also recently featured in "100 Best Performing CEOs of Pakistan 2020" by CEO Club Pakistan which made him one of the youngest Pakistanis to achieve this feat.
Rabeel is the Founder and CEO of Sarmayacar, an early-stage VC firm focused on Pakistan. He serves on the boards of a number of Sarmayacar investee companies including Bykea, OneLoad, Revolving Games amongst others. He is also the first Pakistan focused Kauffman Fellow. After graduating from MIT, Rabeel gained his professional experience in London where he initially worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and then followed it up with Private Equity experience at GIC, Singapore's Sovereign Wealth Fund.
Faiza Yousuf is a software engineer and a serial founder with 13 years of experience building tech products and teams. She is a multi-award-winning community leader and has a consulting practice as a Product Consultant with clients across five continents. She is a well-known international speaker and has been featured in various publications worldwide.
Faiza is the founder of WomenInTechPK, the biggest tech community for women technologists in Pakistan, making waves in the tech industry due to its various programs and relentless activism. She co-founded CaterpillHERs, Pakistan's first fully-remote business and career accelerator for women. She is also an ambassador for CryptoChicks, a blockchain and AI-based community initiative.
Faiza is a graduate and post-graduate from NED University and completed WomenX Pakistan (a World Bank-funded Entrepreneurship program) from IBA-CED. She is also an Expert-Vetted freelancer on Upwork.
Atyab Tahir is the Co-founder and CEO of HugoBank, a digital banking startup in Pakistan. For over a decade, he has been working diligently to increase financial inclusion in emerging markets, with an emphasis on providing services to the underserved communities in Pakistan.
Prior to HugoBank, Atyab made significant contributions to financial institutions such as Tameer Bank, Easypaisa, HBL, JazzCash, and Mastercard. These experiences equipped him with the insights and understanding needed to address the unique challenges of the Pakistani financial sector.
Under Atyab's leadership, HugoBank is also focused on creating a frictionless customer experience, a comprehensive client engagement strategy, and transitioning services from traditional banking branches to digital platforms.
Atyab's background in entrepreneurship, refined during his time at Babson College, informs his approach. He actively engages with the startup ecosystem, forging strategic partnerships that drive innovation.

Dr. Amber Gul Rashid holds academic and corporate experience in multiple countries and is actively involved in executive and graduate teaching. She believes that change begins with the individual, and focuses on making micro changes to trigger long term impact.
She is passionate about entrepreneurship and female empowerment. Having been affiliated with the IBA CED on and off for the past decade, her focus is on training under privileged segments of society to discover their entrepreneurial potential to develop themselves and their community. She has been involved in for-profit and non-profit startups.
