On 20th April, 2024, a significant milestone was reached in the realm of women empowerment within the tech industry as the much-anticipated CodeGrit program was officially launched. Spearheaded by IBA CED in collaboration with CodeGirls by ConsulNet Corporation and the Jaffer Family Foundation (JFF) under the United Global Initiative (UGI), this initiative aims to foster entrepreneurship among women in tech.
Dr. Lalarukh Ejaz, Director of CED, set the stage with an inspiring Opening Note, followed by heartfelt gratitude from Ali Asad Hemani, JFF Foundation, motivating our participants to seize every opportunity. Our first sessions delved into the Entrepreneurial Mindset led by Ms. Kanza Sohail, Lecturer IBA Karachi and Innovation and Design Thinking by Dr. Kamran Mumtaz, Director CILET & Asst. Professor at IBA Karachi
