Every November, Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) celebrates creativity, innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit around the world. This year’s theme, Together We Build, highlights collaboration and inclusivity, encouraging communities to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem that welcomes everyone.
At the Centre for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), IBA Karachi, we are proud to bring this global movement to Pakistan. Our GEW 2025 celebrations will feature a dynamic lineup of events that showcase innovation, impact, and the power of community.
The opening of the GEW 2025 marks an exciting and insightful session, “Reverse Pitching,” organized in collaboration with our esteemed partners, Fatima Gobi Ventures, on November 7, 2025.
Unlike traditional pitching events, Reverse Pitching turns the tables, where investors take the stage to share what they look for in startups, the sectors they invest in, and the qualities that make founders stand out.
Step into the spirit of celebration at I-Bazaar 2025 - CED’s flagship festival of entrepreneurship and innovation. This year, on 17th November 2025, IBA will come alive with creativity, color, and conversation as students, alumni, and startups transform the campus into a dynamic marketplace of ideas and experiences.
Open to all, I-Bazaar invites the wider community to explore a world of innovation and inspiration. Visitors can discover unique products, meet young entrepreneurs, and enjoy an exciting lineup of interactive activities, from face painting and pottery workshops to entrepreneurship clinics designed to spark ideas and connect aspiring founders with mentors. More than just a showcase, I-Bazaar is a celebration of imagination and possibility - where learning meets fun, ideas turn into action, and the entrepreneurial spirit of Pakistan takes center stage.
In partnership with US-based Beba Foundation and August Leadership, CED will host the Invent for the Greater Good Challenge for the first time in Pakistan on 20th November 2025. The Invent for Greater Good Challenge invites participants from Pakistan to join teams and submit their business ideas featuring new products, technology, or services that will positively impact people and the environment while creating or scaling up sustainable businesses. Students and alumni from across Pakistan will be pitching innovative business solutions addressing current global and societal needs.
GEW will feature engaging panel discussions hosted in collaboration with IBA’s Entrepreneurship Faculty and Incubator Managers.
